After many occasions of not addressing his boss in a more direct way, Deputy President William Ruto has today changed the move and sent a message to President Uhuru Kenyatta.DP Ruto has been avoiding sending political jibes to President Uhuru in a direct way but since the emergence of an allegation that he tried to impeach his boss, the second in command has today directly addressed the President.
Speaking in Kwale County during the Kenya Kwanza rally, DP Ruto directly asked Uhuru Kenyatta to stop the alleged ongoing misuse of State House as an arena of falsehood.According to DP Ruto, the issue of saying he tried to impeach the President is a big lie and it should not be used to divide Kenyans.”MR PRESIDENT, stop using State House Kenya and the office of the President as an arena and theatre of falsehoods, propaganda and division against the people of Kenya,” he said.
DP Ruto said he stood with President Uhuru when everyone else was not ready to do, but he is now being paid back by false allegations.
