The ‘sheng’ language in our country has been improving daily among the youths living in ghetto areas in Kenya. Kayole’s Jeshi Jinga group are now on a move to adversely transform Nairobi’s signature language, the ‘sheng’, to a new street language called ‘Shembeteng’. Here is the list of the words and their meaning as sourced from local artists Madochi, Jeshi jinga and Mbogi Genje.
